If you’re sending us an e-mail inquiry, you can email us at customerservice@koodomobile.com please include the following:

  • your name
  • customer number or Koodo mobile phone number
  • a number to contact you
  • a detailed description of the issue you want help with

We will reply to your email within 2 business days.

We cannot verify account information, make personal changes, or cancel your account with an email. To make changes to your account, go to Self Serve on koodomobile.com/selfserve or dial *611 from your Koodo phone, it's a free call.

Mailing a payment:

If you’re mailing a bill payment, make sure you include your remittance slip, and make sure your Koodo Mobile customer number is on your cheque or money order. Then mail it to this address:
